We are a small, deliberate team of retail and AI people who work inside retail, CPG and distribution businesses — capturing the knowledge behind real commercial decisions and building practical AI on the systems those businesses already run.
Two archetypes thrive here: retail operators who get AI (real years in merchandising, category management, planning, supply chain or store and commercial operations), and AI or data people who get retail (able to build governed, practical AI on a client’s existing systems). Both would rather be embedded in a client’s business, useful from week one, than write a strategy deck from the outside.
