We're glad to share that our founder, Justyn Windsor, will be at the Miami AI Summit on Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel. Presented by Miami AI Hub and powered by eMerge Americas, it brings founders, operators and technology leaders from across the Americas together for a full day of keynotes, panels, hands-on workshops and networking.

We're going for one conversation in particular.

One decision before one platform

Enterprise-scale deployment is one of the topics on the summit's agenda. In retail and CPG, we think the harder question sits underneath the platform choice: which decision should an agent improve, and what does it need to know to make that decision well?

Much of that knowledge was never written down: why a range change was approved, which options were rejected, which exceptions a planner applies from memory and what happened the last time someone overrode the forecast. Complex agents fail when the judgment behind good decisions was never made explicit.

So we start small on purpose: map one consequential decision, capture its knowledge, deploy one bounded assistant and scale only when the evidence supports it. EIG captures the commercial reasoning, exceptions, constraints and historical lessons behind retail decisions, then makes that intelligence usable by governed AI agents. The aim is more consistent, explainable and strategically aligned decisions, with the learning carried into the next one.
