Enterprise Intelligence Group
The gap we kept seeing — ambitious transformation promises before the foundations are in place — and the foundations-first consultancy we're building in South Florida.
A short story about why Enterprise Intelligence Group exists.
The gap we kept seeing
After more than nine years across retail technology, AI, and professional services, our founder kept seeing the same thing: businesses being handed ambitious promises of "transformation" before the practical foundations were anywhere in place.
The result is predictable — impressive decks, stalled pilots, and very little that ever reaches the P&L. The distance between "AI is exciting" and "AI is helping us run better" stayed stubbornly wide, and too few people were helping companies cross it responsibly.
The consultancy we wished existed
So we built EIG to do it the other way around.
We help organizations find tangible opportunities — often beginning with smaller, focused automations — that deliver measurable outcomes and gradually build into a coherent AI strategy. Foundations first. Wins you can measure. A strategy you earn, rather than one you buy up front.
That philosophy shapes everything about how we work:
- We start from your operating processes and the outcomes you want — not from a technology looking for a home. - We take data integrity and data quality seriously. AI built on shaky data just fails faster; getting the foundations right is most of the job. - We deliver incrementally , building capabilities that grow over time — and we integrate into the systems you already run rather than replacing them. - We measure success in benefit realized , not demos delivered.
We bring deep domain expertise in retail, CPG, and distribution, and an AI-native way of working — from the first focused automation through to a capability that scales.
South Florida is home, and we're building EIG here intentionally.
The region has a growing community of retailers, consumer businesses, distributors, technology companies, and entrepreneurs — a strong environment for practical AI adoption with both local roots and national reach. Our goal is to contribute to that momentum by helping local businesses move from discussion and experimentation to real, sustainable results.
We're early, independent, and genuinely keen to collaborate.
We'd particularly like to connect with leaders in retail, CPG, wholesale, and distribution who want to improve specific business processes through AI and automation — without committing to unrealistic, enterprise-wide transformation promises. Our approach begins with your operating processes and desired outcomes, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, incremental delivery, and building capabilities that grow over time.
And we'd love to hear from fellow founders, data and integration specialists, technology providers, and implementation partners who share a practical, outcome-led view of AI adoption.
