Can you improve systems we already use?

A focused review, a defined delivery work package or ongoing programme support may be appropriate.
How do you assess whether the work is delivering value?
We agree the intended outcomes, baseline, measures and accountable owners with your team. Depending on the engagement, measures may concern availability, inventory, planning effort, adoption, delivery readiness or category performance. We distinguish observed results from assumptions; going live alone does not prove that benefits have been realized.
